    By accessing or using SupplainHub (supplainhub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
  2. Description of Service
    SupplainHub is a professional community platform for procurement and supply chain professionals. The platform provides forums, RFQ tools, a vendor directory, job listings, and networking features.
  3. User Accounts
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  1. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to:
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Spam other users or post unsolicited commercial messages
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or private information
  • Use the platform to distribute malware or conduct phishing
  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission
  1. Content Ownership
  • You retain ownership of content you post on SupplainHub
  • By posting content, you grant SupplainHub a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform
  • You are solely responsible for the content you post
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
  1. Vendor Directory & RFQ Listings
  • Vendor listings must accurately represent your company and services
  • RFQ postings must be genuine procurement requests
  • SupplainHub does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor listings or the completion of any business transactions
  • All transactions between buyers and vendors are conducted independently of SupplainHub
  1. Job Listings
  • Job postings must represent genuine employment opportunities
  • SupplainHub is not responsible for the hiring process or employment relationships formed through the platform
  • Job listings expire automatically after 30 days
  1. Disclaimers
  • SupplainHub provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content
  • We are not liable for any transactions, agreements, or disputes between users
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplainHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  2. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baghdad, Iraq.
  3. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
  4. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SupplainHub at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
